cellAnalyst Web Application The online version of cellAnalyst allows you to analyze your images by using only your web browser. It retains most of the features of the desktop version. Capabilities · In each uploaded image, cells can be detected, captured, and measured.
· Data will be presented as a table that lists all cells along with their characteristics. · The table can be saved to your hard disk as a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.
· Each such table will be recorded as an entry in a searchable online database.
